1. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Queensland (QLD), Australia, and the Commonwealth of Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

2. Technical Specifications & Vehicle Compatibility Notice

We endeavor to present accurate product descriptions, weights, thread sizes, and pricing. Independent Automotive Aftermarket Brand Notice: Torque Shift is an independent manufacturer and distributor of aftermarket automotive hardware. Torque Shift is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Raceseng, We Are Likewise, Billetworkz, Mishimoto, Tomei, Toyota, Subaru, Honda, Nissan, Ford, or Mazda. Vehicle makes and models referenced on our store are listed solely for thread fitment, reverse lockout clearance, and mechanical compatibility purposes. Torque Shift reserves the right to correct any inadvertent inaccuracies at any time without prior notice.

3. Installation Safety, Thread Torque & Temperature Advisory

INSTALLATION & CROSS-THREADING WARNING: Shift knobs must be threaded on by hand only until fully seated. Never force or cross-thread adapters onto shifter shafts, and never use locking pliers directly on anodized or polished surfaces. Ensure reverse lockout mechanisms function freely and disengage gearboxes completely before vehicle operation. Thermal Conductivity Notice: Solid metal shift knobs (stainless steel and aluminum) absorb ambient heat in direct Australian sunlight and conduct cold during winter. We recommend using parking sunshades or selecting our Delrin insulated shift knob series for high UV exposure environments. Torque Shift is not liable for stripped shifter threads caused by improper cross-threading, gearbox mechanical issues, or burns/discomfort caused by sun-heated metal knobs.
